Greg King  B.COM. CA

Greg is involved in general accounting, business advice and taxation work covering a wide range of clients.  His specialist areas are viticulture, business and share valuations.  Outside the firm Greg is a Trustee and Secretary of the Marlborough Hospital Equipment Trust. To “blow out the cobwebs” Greg spends time  away from work bike riding, enjoying the Marlborough Sounds and working on the vineyard he, wife Robyn and family have developed in Grovetown.

Craig Forsyth  A.T.

Having been with the Practice since 1987, Craig became a Director in April 2002. Craig is involved in general accounting and taxation work for a wide range of clients. Craig is also the Director in Charge of the Support Team which involves the day to day running of the Practice. Outside of the firm Craig values his family time with wife Pip and his children Oli and Hannah. Interests include most sports, having been a Marlborough Rugby Representative from 1991 to 1997. He is currently a member of the Harlequins JAB Rugby Committee and assists coaching a JAB team. Craig and Pip have, over recent times, developed an interest in the Thoroughbred Industry.

Neil Sinclair  B.COM, Dip Grad, M.B.A, C.A.

Neil joined the Practice in 2004 after having been with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager for 11 years. In April 2005 Neil became a Director. Neil is in charge of our management accounting, business advisory team and works for some of the Practice’s larger clients. His qualifications include a MBA and he has extensive experience in advising clients on financial modelling, strategic planning, information systems and insolvency matters. He is President of a local squash club.

Peter Forrest  B.COM.CA

Since becoming a Director in 1984 Peter has established himself as the “technical taxation” Director of the Practice. He now concentrates on providing tax advice to all clients and accordingly is less involved in day to day accounting work. Outside the Practice Peter has interests in viticulture and forestry. He has been President of the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce and a Trustee of the Marlborough Electric Power Trust.

Mathew Kerr  B.B.S. Dip. Ag.C.A.

Mathew became a Director in 1997, having previously been a Senior Account Manager. With hands on experience in both commerce and agriculture Matt completed a degree in accountancy. He maintains a specialist interest in agriculture as well as providing general accounting and business advice to a variety of local businesses. His long association with local sport sees him still actively involved in basketball and competitive sailing as well as being a Trustee of the Marlborough Stadium Trust

Vaughan Harris  B.COM, (Hons), C.A.

Vaughan returned to Marlborough and rejoined the firm in 2006, following a period working and travelling overseas. Vaughan became a Director in April 2009 and specialises in the areas of management accounting and taxation for a wide variety of clients. Outside of work, Vaughan values his time at home with his wife Jodi and their young son and also has a keen interest in most sports. He is still actively involved in cricket and tries to get out onto the golf course or the Marlborough Sounds whenever possible.
