Helen Magyar | Practice Manager

A lifestyle change saw Helen leaving Wellington for the quiet life in Blenheim. With fifteen years working across government departments, Helen is well placed to attend to the day to day running of our Practice with strengths in management, leadership, processes, systems, and getting the job done, with a twist of HR.

Pat Bright  A.T. | Senior Account Manager

Having been with the firm for over 20 years, Pat has a wide knowledge of general accountancy and accounting software packages. Pat is now a member of Craig Forsyth’s team but over the years has worked in other teams within the Practice. Consequently, Pat has solid experience in many accounting areas especially small business and aquaculture.

Sabine Lieflander  B.COM C.A.| Account Manager

Sabine joined the firm in 1997 and for the past few years has been working alongside Greg King. As well as managing a number of clients she also has an interest and working knowledge of MYOB and Quantum software packages. Sabine has passed all necessary NZICA requirements to become a Chartered Accountant. Outside work she enjoys cycling, tramping and also loves to cook

Michelle Gammie-Catterick  B.B.S. A.C.A.| Account Manager

Michelle, an Associate Chartered Accountant, is also in Greg’s team and manages a number of Greg’s clients. She works closely with team members managing workflow and ensuring clients’ needs are met. Michelle has been with Winstanley Kerridge Ltd since 1990, starting as a part time employee, gradually moving into a full time role as her three children have grown.

Katrina Smith  | Account Manager

A member of Matt Kerr’s team since 2000 Katrina manages workflow to accounting staff and liaises with clients. Sixteen years experience gives Katrina a solid knowledge of general and farm accounting and GST. She has a good working knowledge of accounting software packages such as CashManager, Banklink and MYOB.

Catherine Sheard  B.B.S.| Account Manager

Catherine has been with Winstanley Kerridge since February 2007, moving to Blenheim from Hawke’s Bay. In Neil Sinclair’s team Catherine offers accounting, management reporting and taxation advice to clients. She provides training and coaching to junior staff and manages the workflow across the team.

Nikky Gorton  B.A. (Hons), ACMA| Account Manager

In 2007, Nikky came to New Zealand from the United Kingdom where she worked as an Accountant within Industry for 12 years. Here at Winstanley Kerridge, Nikky provides specialised Management Accountancy across Neil Sinclair’s and Vaughan Harris’s teams. In her spare time, Nikky continues to study ensuring her skills and knowledge are up to date.

Joanne Brown  | Account Manager

Joanne joined Winstanley Kerridge and Matt’s team in 2004 with 10 years experience in accounting for small business and rural clients. Her skills and knowledge are wide and varied including general accounting and related accounting packages, client liaison and GST. When she is not at work you will find Jo reading or gardening and working towards achieving a Bachelor of Business Studies
